Frequently Asked Questions.

Where/how do I pay?

Once you have selected prints or cards that you want to purchase and placed them in your cart, click on the checkout button to be taken to my checkout page where you can enter your details/ the details of the recipient for the prints. This page is hosted on Squarespace’s secure server (Squarespace is the company hosting the website).

Once you have filled in the details you will be taken to a payment page (either a card/Apple Pay payment through Stripe or a Paypal page)  to finish the purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The website accepts card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Apple Pay payments through Stripe, or you can pay through your Paypal account.

How much is delivery?

Delivery cost will depend on the country you are shipping to, and the shipping option you select but shipping prices start at £11 for the UK, £18 for Europe, and £29 for the US and the rest of the world (based on shipping one print only, there is a small additional fee for any extra print included in parcel).

Do you deliver to the EU post Brexit?

Yes, I do deliver to the EU post Brexit, however please note that there might be custom charges to pay before your item can be delivered to you, and the delivery might take longer. At the moment I am offering delivery under a Delivery at Place (DAP) option, which means that only the net price of the item and the delivery costs are included on the website, and the buyer is liable for any custom fees or local taxes or VAT that needs to be paid.

At the moment, the options for a small business like me to offer a Delivered Duty Paid option for the EU are limited for a number of reasons, but I am hoping that things will become easier in future!

Do you offer discounts?

I do not offer discounts on the prints normally but occasionally have sales and promotions so look out for information on the next one on this website or on my social media. You can also join my mailing list to make sure you do not miss a sale.

When will I receive my artwork?

Shipping times will depend on the country you are shipping to and the shipping option you have selected but I normally process orders within 2-5 working days of the ordering date, and shipping may be another 2 to 7 working days.

Please contact me if you have specific requirements and we can try and work out a plan, but do note that I cannot guarantee that any order will arrive by a specific date.

Please also note that international orders may be subject to custom requirements and this can create delays.

Finally do bear with me during the Coronavirus pandemic, as most delivery services are a bit slower than usual due to the circumstances .

How is the artwork packaged and shipped?

All prints are packaged in tissue paper and rolled in a tube for safe transportation. All prints are supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

Does the artwork come framed?

Framing plays an important part in the enjoyment of an artwork but the right frame will depend not only on the artwork you purchase but also the space it will hang in as well as your personal taste. For this reason I do not currently offer a framing service for the prints.

If you are London or Paris-based, I can recommend some great local framers you can work with (and if you are based elsewhere and know of a great framer, I would happily take recommendations to share with my other customers!).

Are there any care instructions for looking after my artwork?

Please see the link below from the Print Council of America which has great tips for taking care of works on paper:

https://printcouncil.org/care-of-prints/

Please note that risoprinting inks dry through absorption and never fully cure (similar to a newspaper). Rubbing the ink with your finger, even once” dry”, can result in smudging and contact with the ink surface should be avoided.
